It has been 2 years and 4 months since I joined the analytics side of things to prevent fraud risk and this is an attempt to jot down, albeit in a very crude fashion, as to what all I have learned so far.
Let's get the obvious questions out of the way:
Have I stagnated? Yes
Have I gotten complacent? Yes
Have I become the person I used to laugh at for being piegon-holed in their ability to think about things? Yes, oh hell yes
Corporate and mostly, people in corporate really wear you down till you conform.
It is not your remit
You take too long
You dive too deep
You are not going about this correctly
I don't think you have thought this through
These might just be feedback for them but they are words that beat a person's will power down. They don't sound drastic, but just like water, when repeated and drilled into a person, can break even the strongest rock
